Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to your use of our website and any proposals, statements of work, or service contracts that reference them. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for the conflicting subject matter. You may not use the site if you are prohibited by applicable law or if you are under 16 years old. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be indicated by the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Acceptable use

Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. Do not attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with security or operations, or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful. Automated scraping, rate abuse, and reverse engineering are prohibited except where permitted by law and only to the minimal extent allowed. If we provide trial features or demos, you must not use them in production or for high-risk decisions without our written agreement.

  • Respect intellectual property and privacy.
  • Do not introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Follow all applicable advertising, consumer, and data protection laws.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all rights in the site, brand, software, documentation, and content. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. You may not copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission. If you give us feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use it to improve our offerings. Client data and deliverables are governed by the applicable statement of work or master services agreement.

Confidentiality

During discussions or service delivery, either party may share information marked or reasonably understood as confidential. Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with at least the same care it uses for its own, not disclose it to third parties except to personnel and providers under duty of confidence, and use it only for the intended purpose. Obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from another source. A party may disclose confidential information if required by law, after giving notice where lawful.

Warranties and disclaimers

The website is provided for general information and is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content is complete or current. Advice or insights shared on the site are not a substitute for your own assessment or professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to the foregoing, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. For free website use, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms will not exceed one hundred pounds (£100). For paid services, liability caps and remedies are set out in the relevant signed agreement.

Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why we collect it, retention periods, and your rights. Where we act as a processor for a client, we will sign a data processing addendum with appropriate safeguards, including confidentiality, security, and international transfer mechanisms where applicable. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions necessary to share personal data with us.

Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or any feature at any time. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access without notice. Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, liability, and governing law, will remain in effect. Service engagements can be terminated as set out in the applicable contract.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
